The V&P Food Group was created to bring the product par excellence used in meals since Etruscan times to Italian tables, the Oil.
Located on the beautiful and priceless Tuscan hills, a small company was formed by an expert in the field and a young partner.
The experience of the first and the curiosity of the second, have meant that the ancient tradition of the cultivation of the olives and the use of the best Italian raw materials brought to light a product wich has been understimated, adapting it to the innovative dishes of modern society without removing the taste of true Tradition.
The Monocultivar line takes the name of its products directly from that of the olives of the various areas of the regions in which they are grown.
The Italian Frantoio Cultivar (grown on the Florentine hills Tuscany ) has in its organoleptic characteristics a medium fruity of green olive with a parfum artichoke and fresh almond . The taste has medium notes of bitter and spicy balanced between them. Notes of fresh fruit and almond. Green color with yellow veins.
ESSENZA OIL & BALSAMIC
The Balsamic Vinegar of the Matured Line, is selected from small batches of production and left to age for a minimum period of 12 months. This allows to have aromatic notes that are released from the oak barrel.
The Yvonne line is produced only with natural methods without adding artificial flavors and with 100% Italian raw materials.
Obtained through a cold maceration, examining and selecting the spices that make up the flavor, the Yvonne line becomes an Elite product and unique in its kind.
It has a very particulary packaging ideal for an elegant environment or for a particular thought that will surprise the person both for its beauty and for its intoxicating flavor.
The Premium flavored line in produced only with selected ingredients, with Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Italian origin.
ITALIAN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

The Cuvè line, unites two important Italian regions, Tuscany and Sicily. The Blend born from the two Olives has created an Oil with an intense Fruity and a slight spiciness, softening the rigidity of the Tuscan oil ( Frantoio ) and highlighting the aromas of Sicilian oil ( Biancolilla ). Ideal in any types of dish both raw and hot.
The Infusi Line is a pratical line as it is small and confortable for travel. Produced exclusively with natural metods.
The Monodose line is a 20 ml version of various flavored tastes , plus Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a Blend between Oil and Vinegar.

Our flavored line is produced with the addition of pulps and juices which makes this product fresh and unique. Also to be used in cake garnish. Its pratical doser allows you to decorate dishes with a unique simplicity like great chefs.
