Tradition and continuous research are the characteristics that distinguish each of our creations.

Continuous research, the result of years of work and passion that have allowed us to prepare ancient avors in a current and rened guise that manages to satisfy the most demanding palates.

HISTORY

The company was borno from the fusion of a multi- year know hoe of one of the founding members, in the cultivation and production of Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and the strength and youthful creativity of the second founding member.

These two factors joined together have given rise to products capable of satisfying both people looking for the ancient and real flavors of oil, and those looking for innovation and particularity in their dishes.

Located in the heart of Tuscany, in an area full of culture and with unique landscapes, V&P transmits scents and flavors of this land in its products.

CERTIFICAZIONI

IFS FOOD

The IFS Food standard is a GFSI recognized standard (Global Food Safety Initiative) for auditing the food industries. The goal is food safety and quality of processes and products. It concerns the food processes of the manufacturing industries and industries that package food in bulk.

The Standard is important for all food industries, especially for private label products, because it contains many requirements concerning compliance with customer specifications.

ICEA BIO

It certifies agricultural products, processed food products, feed and pet food, aquaculture products, algae and microalgae (spirulina), yeasts. Guarantees the conformity of the productions obtained with the organic method in all phases of the production chain, from the field to the table in compliance with European Union standards (Reg. CE 834 / 07 and CE 889/08)

IGP BALSAMICO

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is a condiment with Protected Geographical Indication (IGP).

The term protected geographical indication , better known with the acronym IGP , indicates a mark of origin that is attributed by the European Union to those agricultural and food products for which a certain quality, reputation or other characteristic depends on the geographical origin, and whose production, processing and / or processing takes place in a specific geographical area.

To obtain the PGI therefore, at least one phase of the production process must take place in a particular area. Those who produce PGI must comply with the strict production rules established in the production specification, and compliance with these rules is guaranteed by a specific control body.

HALAL ITALIA

The Halal certification is a fundamental tool at the service of companies within the strategies for internationalization. Several Italian companies certified Halal Italia have started export plans for the first time while others have increased their exports. As for the Italian market, Halal Italia promotes consumer protection both with regard to the final quality of the product and the perception of the Muslim consumer as a subject attentive and interested in Italian quality. For some products, we can already speak of a real Halal supply chain that is creating a virtuous network among certified companies.
